Lance is the Co-Director of the Titleist Performance Institute Fitness Advisory Board. He shares duties with Jason Glass on establishing protocols for player development in the fields of functional movement restoration, physical screening, strength and power screening and development and for player development globally. He also travels the world to serve as Lead Instructor for TPI Level 1 and Level 2 Fitness Seminars.

Lance is the President of LG Performance, a private Golf Performance based company specializing in the betterment of golfers in the areas of; Fitness, Screening, Biomechanics, Instruction, Mental, Nutritional, Programming, and Life Coaching. His role expands from touring professionals all the way down to the earliest of Junior Development in 3 to 4 year olds.

Dr. Voight has had a distinguished career as both an educator and clinical physical therapist for over 25 years. Throughout his career he has become one of the leading authorities in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports injuries and he has worked to advance the knowledge of others as a clinician and educator. Dr. Voight is also one of the founders and lead instructors of the Selective Functional Movement Assessment and an integral part of the advances in assessment and treatment of movement dysfuction by rehabilitaiton professionals.

Dr. Voight is recognized as a clinician of the highest caliber, and has worked with a number of high-profile athletic organizations. Throughout his career, Dr. Voight has worked in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagle’s, Miami Dolphins, and has consulted with the Tennessee Titans Football Team. Additionally, he has worked in the NBA serving as the team physical therapist for Miami Heat Basketball Team. In addition, Dr. Voight has consulted with various teams in MLB, NHL and the MLS. Early in his career he became active within the United States Olympic Committee’s Sports Medicine Division. He has worked at the Olympic Training Center, Olympic Festivals, Pan Am Games, Olympic Games, and has had the opportunity to travel to almost all of the different continents with various Olympic and national teams. Most recently, Dr. Voight has worked with the Medical Commission for FIFA (the International governing body for soccer) and the Professional Golf Association.

Ashley’s passion has always been in sports medicine and more specifically in the prevention of injury. Since graduating she has spent her career rehabilitating athletes at all levels from youth to professional as well as the general population and feels that many of the sports related, often season ending injuries could be prevented with proper screenings and interventions. Ashley knew based on her experience, education, and the current research and technology available that as a profession we could do better and Performance One was born.

Clinically, Ashley is enjoying learning from the world’s best with regards to the assessment and treatment of intraarticular hip pathology at Nashville Sports Medicine with Dr. JW Thomas Byrd.
In addition to working in the clinic Ashley has also taught hundreds of other clinicians the Selective Functional Movement Assessment in her role as an instructor with North American Sports Medicine Institute/Advances in Clinical Education. She also holds an adjunct faculty position in Orthopedics at Belmont University’s School of Physical Therapy.
